NOW AND THE FUTURE
From 1990, John has been resident pianist at Four Seasons Hotel London (formerly the Inn On The Park). Through popular demand, he has recorded and produced several albums. His most recent release, Master Of The Mood, features his trio plus a guest appearance by Leee John who sings on the track Shangri La co-written by John and Leee. John was also very involved in Leee's jazz album Feel My Soul. As well as playing piano and electric piano on the album, John co-wrote two of the songs: - Flamingo Blue and I've Always Known I've Loved You. He is also featured in the "making of" DVD which comes with the CD following their journey to Alhambra-Colbert Studio, Rochefort, France. John was so impressed with the studio (and engineer François Gaucher) that he returned there to record Heaven A Night At Four Seasons (his previous album to Master Of The Mood).
As for the future, John has been busy doing gigs with Leee to promote Feel My Soul in the UK and France and is always in demand as a singer pianist and keyboard player for private parties in the London area. He has also been booked to perform in Belgium, Holland, France, Italy, Spain and Sweden. Another development has been the regular Dinner Jazz nights that John has started arranging in Lanes Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel London. Top female vocalists such as Joan Viskant, Nina Ferro and Jacqui Hicks have become regular guests performing with John's jazz trio. Check out the programme in the Gig Guide.
